Once your items reach the warehouse and the quality check is done, you create a parcel in My Warehouse. The shipping fee shown there is the final amount. After you pay, the warehouse packs and ships it right away, with no second shipping charge.
What does the quality check include?
We check quantity, specifications and visible damage, and upload photos. It does not include authenticity verification.
How long can items stay in the warehouse?
120 days of free storage. During that time you can combine several orders into one parcel.
How long does international shipping take?
It depends on the destination and the route. When you create a parcel, each route shows its estimated delivery time.
